India.......The land I call my home. The beautiful country,full of diversity,yet filled by unity and harmony. People consider India as a dream country,a nation of fantasies,magic,ethinicity,Land of Sages,Yoga and Ayurveda.

For the dream country of many,I have the following dreams.

I dream of a developed India,a nation standing in line with all the developed countries of the world,not called a third world countries anymore.

I dream of an India where people get equal opportunities.

I dream of an India, where poverty doesn't exist, an India were nobody hungry and homeless.

I dream of an India where there is no gender discrimination, every girl and boy,every man and woman is considered equal.

I dream of an India where no one is discriminated on the basis of colour or race,such as madrasies, Malayalees, Punjabis,manipuris or Bengalis but as fellow Indians.

I dream of an India which is corruption free,a country where citizens and ministers and bureaucrats are treated as ordinary citizens before the law.

I dream of an India,where people have the freedom to live as their will,an India where people have the freedom to express their opinions.

I dream of an India where no one is abused or killed for eating what they want.

I dream of an India,where the government works for the welfare of the people and the development of the nation,not for increasing individual wealth or fame.

I dream of an India where women are safe,a country where she can walk in daylight and night without being scared.

I dream of a clean India,which is free from pollution and garbage,which conserves its biodiversity and culture.

I dream of an India where each and every person is educated,and get the opportunity for education.

I dream of an India where adequate health care and sanitation facilities exist.

I dream of an India where human rights are given respect and protected.

I dream of an India where people of different religion live in harmony and peace.

India takes pride in being home to people belonging to different castes, creeds and religions. The country is known for its rich culture and unity in diversity. It has also seen a boom in various industries over the past few decades. However, we still have a long way to go. Here are some of the areas that we need to work on in order to make it an ideal nation:

1. Poverty

There is a lot of economic disparity in the country. The rich here are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer by the day. I dream of India where wealth is equally distributed among the citizens.

2. Education

Lack of education is one of the main hindrances in the growth of the nation. The government is making efforts to spread awareness about the importance of education. However, it should also take steps to ensure that each and every person in the country seeks education.

3. Employment

There is a lack of good employment opportunities in the country. Even those who are well-qualified fail to get deserving jobs. The dissatisfaction level among the unemployed lot is high and they often take the road to crime. I dream of India that provides equal employment opportunities for all so that each one of us works for the growth and betterment of our country.

4. Casteism

Casteism is another major issue that needs to be worked upon. India of my dreams would be a place where people are not discriminated based on their caste, creed or religion.

5. Gender Discrimination

India of my dreams would be a place where women are given due respect and treated as being equal to men. It would be a place where women safety would be of utmost importance.

6. Corruption

I dream of India as being a place free of corruption. It would be a place where the political leaders would be dedicated towards serving the countries rather than fulfilling their own selfish motifs.

7. Technological Growth

India has seen a rapid growth in the field of technology. I want it to grow at an even greater pace and attain newer heights to make its place among the first-rate countries.

8. Women Empowerment

Though more and more women are stepping out of their homes and making a mark in different fields there is still a lot of discrimination against women in our country. From female foeticide to restricting women to household tasks, there are a lot of areas that need to be worked upon. Many non-profit organizations have come forward to promote women empowerment. However, we still have to work a lot on changing the mindset of the society. I dream of India that sees women as an asset not a liability. I want it to be a place where men and women are treated as equals.

9. Crime Rate

The crime rate in India is growing by the day. Numerous cases of rape, robbery, dowry and murder are reported each day and many others go unnoticed/unreported. Lack of education, unemployment and poverty majorly attribute towards this. India of my dreams would be a country where the government is more sensitive towards the safety and security of the people. It would be a place free from all kinds of crime and exploitation.

India enjoys a rich cultural heritage. People belonging to various castes, creeds and religions live peacefully in this country. However, there are certain groups of people that try to incite people to serve their vested interests thereby hampering peace in the country. I dream of India that is devoid of such divisive tendencies. It should be a place where different ethnic groups live in perfect harmony with each other.
I also dream of India as being a nation where every citizen is educated. I want the people of my country to understand the importance of education and ensure that their children seek education rather than indulging in menial jobs at a tender age. Adults who have missed a chance to study during their childhood must also join adult education classes to seek education in order to find a better job for themselves.
I want the government to provide equal employment opportunities for all so that the youth get deserving jobs and contribute towards the growth of the nation. I want the country to become technologically advanced and see growth in all the sectors. Lastly, I want India to be a country where women are treated with respect and are given equal opportunities as men.




Conclusion
I dream of India where people of different castes, creeds, religions, ethnic groups and economic/ social status live in perfect harmony with each other. There should be a fair play and government must ensure equal employment opportunities for all its citizens.

Every country needs a vision statement which stirs the imagination and motivates all segments of society greater effort. It is an essential step in building a political consensus on a broad national development strategy, which encompasses inter-alias, the roles and responsibilities of different agents in the economy, such as Central, State and local government, the private corporate sector, the small and tiny sector, people organizations etc.

It must identify the potential risks and bottlenecks and their possible solutions in order to mobilize efforts in a focused manner. It is clear, therefore that to meet these objectives, a vision statement has to operate at several levels of generality and specificity. India in 2020 - A Vision It has always been the dream of every citizen of an economically backward and poor country, to see that the country developed with no negative systems or ideas or beliefs. It is my dream also to see India as one of the most developed nations.

2020 is a good deadline for seeing a developed India. One always feels sad when we see someone begging on the streets or when we see dirty, broken roads in shabby slums. One also feels jealous when we hear about the United States advancing in every field. By 2020, India will be on the same platform on which America is now. The first and foremost thing I see in India 2020 is 100 percent literacy rate. Every citizen in the country will be able to read, write and understand any one language including the farmers and slum-dwellers.

India will not have any unemployment. The people will earn their bread and there shall be none called 'beggars'. The beggars will also be employed at least as sweepers earning a small but a salary of their own. The people shall be above the poverty line. Education is the second main thrust area of this document.

Greater coverage and better quality education at all levels from basic literacy to hi-tech science and technology is the essential prerequisite for raising agricultural productivity and industrial quality, spurring growth of India's budding and biotechnology sectors, stimulating growth of Manufactured and service exports, improving health and nutrition, domestic stability and quality of governance. The report calls for concerted efforts to abolish illiteracy, achieve 100 per cent enrolment at primary and secondary levels, and broaden access to higher education and vocational training through traditional and non- traditional delivery system

India in 2020 will not have recognition in the world as a developing country but a name as a developed country. India will be far advanced in the fields of science, military, technology. India will stand up and say I am the world leader and I don't take orders from anybody be it USA, Russia or anybody else for the matter. I will decide my own decisions and will stand to it. And also India will take an active step in the development of other below par countries and strive for their development.

INDIA-a country achieved through selfless efforts of our forefathers.  INDIA - the pride inside every Hindustani. INDIA – a safe wall achieved through well dedicated guns: differently castes, religions, cultures, languages, occupations, dresses – everything is well accepted here. Every Indian says with pride that “I love INDIA”.

                                But now I am confused that whether I pronounce those three words with my heart or lips. Yes, my Yes lips win...!!

        Now, I have some dreams about ‘My India’.

                A country where well educated and ignited youth with societal concern come into politics, replacing the older ones. Because the youth will be more efficient in completing the works within stipulated time. Also the youth should be motivated towards an uncorrupted India. When India becomes uncorrupted, everything seems to be perfect since we have all the resources that even developed countries doesn’t have.

        A country which preserve its resources with utmost care.

        A country which cares for the environment and protects the generations from vicious diseases.

        A country where women are able to walk on the streets even during late nights. The hearts of every women should be of a belief that “I AM SAFE”.

        Today, every job application has a religion and caste column. It should be taken out to avoid the improper judgment based on caste. Unwanted reservations should be avoided. Let it be income based.

        I have a dream that India should be a country where there are no old age homes and orphanages. ‘Let everyone become someone to others’. The persons suffering should not be left alone. Everyone should hear from someone that “I am with you”.

I dream of India where every citizen is educated and is able to find a qualified employment opportunity. We live in a country where highly qualified person are not having jobs for their qualification, either they are jobless or working for a low salaried job.   

India of my dreams would be a place where people would not be discriminated on the basis of their caste, religion, colour, and place of birth or the language they speak.

There is a lot of corruption in the country and its rate is only growing by the day. The common man is suffering at the hands of corrupt politicians who are only interested in fulfilling their own selfish motives. I dream of India that is free from corruption at all levels. It would be a place where the betterment of the country would be the sole agenda of the government.

I have a dream of India where its citizens get proper healthcare, good medicine which is affordable for the common people of the country. The country would be pollution free and nurturing for all living creatures.    

I dream of India where there is no gender discrimination. It would be a place where men and women are treated as equals.

While India has seen both industrial and technological growth in the past few decades, it is still not at par with many other countries. I dream of India that advances technologically and sees a boom in every sector.

India is a country where people from different cultures and religions live in harmony with each other. However discrimination is  done on the basis of the person's gender, caste, creed, religion and economic status in many parts of the country. India of my dreams would be a place where there is no such discrimination, that is every citizen would enjoy true freedom of equality. I also have a dream about India is to avail basic amenities to the poor. No one  in the country should lost their life due to shortage of food, water and public health care facilities and these basic amenities should be provided to them and also it will help to reduce poverty from our country.          

The next dream is associated with imparting education to the whole nation .Everyone should be educated. It will bring growth to our nation and also should generate employment opportunities to all and thus there will be reduction in poverty and bring growth in GDP.               
I have a dream about India where woman should not be exploited physically, mentally and not be sexually abused. Women should get equal opportunities as men and be able to travel and work freely without any obstacle.          

My dream about India is to change the country from developing to developed nation. India in my dreams is technologically advanced. And also for this brain drain should be reduced from our country.         

I dream of India as being a place free of corruption. It would be a place where the political leaders should be dedicated towards serving the country rather than fulfilling their own selfish motives. And also the leaders should be educated.

India has seen a rapid industrial growth, technological advancement and progress in several other fields over the last few decades. However there is still a lot of scope for improvement. India was once called the golden Sparrow because of the prosperity it enjoyed. I want the country to attain that glory yet again. I do not want it to enjoy just economic richness but also become richer culturally and socially. All the citizens of the country must be treated equally and there should be no discrimination or injustice.

India is our motherland, and we have to make it real as dreamed India. India is considered a ‘Golden Bird.’  India is the golden bird said because it has the many riches, vast natural resources and the great, India has expected the bright future in the store. In India, there are rich, culture heritage, old civilization and vast knowledge in every aspect of life. It had endeared India and Indians even to the outside world. 

 

Our nation is a great development country by their talent and capability.  We are proud to be an Indian. Our India should be developed in an all right way, which we see in the dreams. Everyone should do the equal respect to all. 

 

We have dreamed to the Indian as the sweet little golden bird. India is much productive in nature like lands productive, which have the varieties of seeds and modern tools should use for agriculture. It is the backbone of the economy. 

 

Dreamed India as corruption free 

 

In India, the corruption should avoid by the political system. It is a large problem in India, which creates the bad image of India. Our India should be the corruption free nation. 

 

Abolish of beggar system 

 

It is much important for complete the India as dreamed. The beggar system of India should remove for proper development of the Indian society. Everyone have to be aware of the Indian people. 

 

Behavior of government 

 

The action of government should be friendly with the public. They have to consider as their duty to do something constructive for the nation. It will be very helpful for every people if they will make the friendly manner. 

 

Growth of Educational Institutional 

 

In the developing India, it is more necessary to make the large type of educational institution for carrying out the intelligent Doctors, Engineers, and Teachers. All should respect them. The educational system should not treat like the playground for dirty politics and corruption. 

 

Distribution of national income 

 

It is the every human right to get the national income in equal. It should distribute among every people. 

 

Proper employment facility 

 Our dreamed India should do the right jobs for every people. The employment is the large demand for individuals because it is one of the important sources to get the basic needs in the life. In our motherland, it is a basic requirement of every ordinary people. Jobs should be available for everyone on their aptitude and knowledge, not on the recommendations, in this country. 

 

Growth of science and technology 

 

India such presents many of the science and technology and we also want from this country, that progress of science and technology should not stop. Because of that, the Indian people are getting the new inventions. It should be scientifically and technologically advanced. 

 

It is great to dream of me that India should not believe in blind faith, which can build significant problem for all. It should avoid from the country. 

 

Pollution free India 

 

In our India pollution should not take place and everyone should avoid it. Reduce that type of things, which can make the pollution. India should always stand on the top in every field. Every Indian should participate for make to the India pollution free by planting trees. 

 

Respect for women and elders 

 

India of my dreams also should respective in nature. Every human being has to do the respect of women and seniors. It is the great rite of the Indian society, and every person should follow it. 

 

Cleanliness 

 

It is the great proverb that, cleanliness is next to godliness. In India everywhere should be cleanliness and hygiene make the beautiful and greenery country. It is the responsibility of every person to bring more cleanliness in the India. It is one of the great think to make the country as dreamed. 

 

Free country from terrorism 

 

It is one of the most significant problems of India make the India as imagined the terrorism should remove from here. India should be free from the terrorism. If it withdraws from India, then no any people will lose their dearest in Blasts. 

 

Unity in country 

 

The Shabad Kirtan should unite India from gurudwaras, Azan from mosques, Bajans from 

Temples chiming of the bells from Churches merge and mingle and produce a harmonious, melodious, spiritual tune, which should love by every human being. 

 

India of my dreams will complete by all thoughts, which I have considered in content.
